The 1500m2 large Villa Sušanj with an indoor area of 220m2 can accommodate 8 guests in 4 elegantly decorated air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double king size bed. In addition to their own A/C system, all bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and other bathroom necessities. There is also a separate toilette on the ground floor of the villa. The large sleek kitchen possesses all kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils, so that guests of Villa Sušanj will have no problems preparing tasty home-cooked meals. The specious dining room is furnished with a large wooden table with five chairs and a bench, so that all the guests of Villa Sušanj can be comfortable sat at the table. The tastefully decorated living room with yellow and cream accents is furnished with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, creating the perfect space for entertainment and socialization with loved ones. Our perfect Stay at Villa Susanj Lea & Bene (Germany) / Aug 2024

Villa Sušanj

We have been with 8 adults, 3 children and two Baby’s for one week at Villa Susanj. The house had enough space for all of us.
It was our second stay there and it was again amazing and better than the first time.
The house is so clean, you need to think that nobody was there before you.
The big pool was very refreshing and the jacuzzi was perfect to relax.
To communicate with the House Owner Sandra, was very nice and she answered very quick to all of our questions. Thank you, we had a great holiday and we will come back for sure!

Villa Sušanj

This house in Opatija is an absolute gem! The property is stunning, with a beautiful swimming pool and a large, well-maintained yard perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The jacuzzi adds a luxurious touch, and everything is spotlessly clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The evenings here are particularly magical, with the chill weather making it ideal for unwinding by the pool or enjoying a peaceful night outdoors. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience a serene and luxurious stay in Opatija!
And Sandra is an amazing host: she is very responsive and helped us a lot even with things that had nothing to do with the villa (we had some problem with the air conditioning in the car and with her help we managed to get an appointment straight away). Many thanks!
