Dok se odrasli bave roštiljanjem i druženjem na vanjskom blagovaonskom prostoru, djeca mogu uživati u ogromnom travom okruženom prostoru vile Sušanj. Za goste koji dolaze automobilom, na imanju postoji parkirno mjesto.

Villa Sušanj
Schweren Herzens sind wir heute wieder nach hause gefahren. Die Villa Susanji ist einfach grandios. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Nichts aber schon gar nicht haben wir dort vermisst.Es war ausgesprochen sauber, geräumig mit 4 Doppelbetten und einer grossen Couch auf der auch nochmal 2 Personen schlafen könnten. Wir waren mit der Familie ( 8 erwachsene Personen) da und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Hausbesitzerin ( Sandra )st total lieb, entgegenkommend, hilfsbereit in Allem einfach Weltklasse. Man fühlt sich als ob man zu hause angekommen wäre. Der Pool ist gross und angenehm wir hatten riesen Spass mit ihm. Der Jacuzzi war traumhaft entspannend. Der grosse Garten war eine Ruheoase der besonderen Art....überall duftet es nach Lavendel. Parkplatz am Grundstück für locker 2 Autos. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten entfernt es ist ebenfalls sauber und einladent. Ich kann die Villa wirklich jedem ans Herz legen für einen Urlaub.
Die Woche ging viel zu schnell um aber wir kommen wieder spätestens nächstes Jahr.

We had a wonderful holiday. The house was beautiful and fully equipped. Everything was thought of, including plenty of towels, hand soap, and a welcome treat. The house was spotlessly clean. Our host, Sandra, is very friendly, flexible, and helpful. She responds quickly to questions. Her tips for the surrounding area were invaluable. In short, we highly recommend staying here.

Wir waren Ende Mai- Anfang Juni 2025 in der wunderschönen Villa Susanj und was können wir sagen? Es war wirklich perfekt! Von Beginn der Buchung bis zum Abschied war alles so unkompliziert und herzlich. Sandra ist eine super liebevolle Gastgeberin die es einfach schafft, keine Wünsche offen zu lassen. Sandra ist immer zu erreichen und hat wirklich tolle Geheimtipps, um den Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen.
Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! So sauber, gemütliche Betten, viel Platz und es ist wirklich an alles gedacht! Unser Highlight war natürlich der Außenbereich mit einem großen sauberen Pool, tollen Jacuzzi und einen überdachten kleinen Bereich, wo unser kleiner Sohn schön im Schatten spielen konnte. Vieeel Grün zum Ballspielen und für lustige Tischtennisturniere.
Gekocht haben wir täglich in der Outdoorküche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft und Sandra als Gastgeberin aus tiefstem Herzen und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder Gäste in der Villa Susanj sein dürfen!

Beautiful and spotlessly clean villa with everything you could wish for! Even pampered guests will be delighted by this equipment. Everything is available in sufficient quantity and good quality, and the tasteful furnishings show Sandra's good hand for interior design and decoration. It's the perfect feel-good place for an unforgettable vacation with your family or friends. The beautiful garden pool with plenty of sun loungers, the large dining table, the BBQ area, the Jacuzzi and the great ping pong table round off the great and fully recommended Susanij package. Many thanks to our hostess Sandra and her kind mother: very friendly at all times and always quick to answer - hard to find nowadays 😉. Best wishes from our whole family and thanks again - guess we might be back one day ⭐👍🏻 ….

We have been with 8 adults, 3 children and two Baby’s for one week at Villa Susanj. The house had enough space for all of us.
It was our second stay there and it was again amazing and better than the first time.
The house is so clean, you need to think that nobody was there before you.
The big pool was very refreshing and the jacuzzi was perfect to relax.
To communicate with the House Owner Sandra, was very nice and she answered very quick to all of our questions. Thank you, we had a great holiday and we will come back for sure!

This house in Opatija is an absolute gem! The property is stunning, with a beautiful swimming pool and a large, well-maintained yard perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The jacuzzi adds a luxurious touch, and everything is spotlessly clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The evenings here are particularly magical, with the chill weather making it ideal for unwinding by the pool or enjoying a peaceful night outdoors. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience a serene and luxurious stay in Opatija!
And Sandra is an amazing host: she is very responsive and helped us a lot even with things that had nothing to do with the villa (we had some problem with the air conditioning in the car and with her help we managed to get an appointment straight away). Many thanks!
